Our house is in Point England, next to Panmure, is on Torino Street. To get Downtown takes 20 minutes by train from Glenn Innes station. Buses also leave from the end of our street.Our house is split into two separate buildings. In the front part there are 6 rooms:
A kitchen with 2 fridge freezers and two ovens, a dishwasher, a washing machine.A bathroomA toiletThree bedrooms, the largest of these rooms is shared by the family.In the back section of the house, there are 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchettes, a balcony and a shower and a huge garden.
Ours is NOT a party house but we do have fun. We rent out rooms (mainly to young students/professionals people in their twenties) . Our current nationalities are Brazilians,Italian, Canadian and British. As you can tell, we love meeting new folk and currently have two rooms available, both in the front part of the house, both with the option of being fully furnished.The one with a huge desk is a double room on the ground floor with huge windows which lead out to the deck. The house has unlimited Wi-Fi, is fully furnished and all house equipment is available for use ie. Washing machine and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your own clothes.This Large room is $140 rent $25 bills for one person.The Medium size room, beside the one above, is $130 rent and $ 25 bills for one person.Please note that this part of the house is shared with our two kids, under our supervision.
In order to keep the kitchen free flowing, we give preference to boarders (this is breakfast and evening meal provided every day for an additional cost of $90 per week).We require one week’s bond, good references, participation in the cleaning rota is essential as is consideration for others.
