Our house is in Point England, next to Panmure, is on Torino Street. To get Downtown takes 20 minutes by train from Glenn Innes station. Buses also leave from the end of our street.Our house is split into two separate buildings. In the front part there are 6 rooms:
A kitchen with 2 fridge freezers and two ovens, a dishwasher, a washing machine.A bathroomA toiletThree bedrooms, the largest of these rooms is shared by the family.In the back section of the house, there are 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchettes, a balcony and two showers, a bath and a huge garden.
Ours is NOT a party house but we do have fun. We rent out rooms (mainly to young students/professionals people in their twenties) . Our current nationalities areBrazilians, Italian, Canadian and British. As you can tell, we love meeting new people.The house has unlimited Wi-Fi, is fully furnished and all house equipment is available for use ie. Washing machine and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your own clothes.Please note that this room is in a part of the house, which is shared with our two kids, under our supervision.
We require one week’s bond, good references, participation in the cleaning rota is essential as is consideration for others.
